Construction Progress

The 2nd part of Phase III is proceeding nicely. It is hoped that the construction on the storage sheds will begin this spring. There has been a lot of activity from prospective buyers, so it is hoped that this spring and summer will see many more buyers in the community. The park area in Phase III should be completed this spring, and the current plan is to begin construction on the club house after Phase III is complete.

When are they going to finish phase 1 we still do not have our gates and our fences need to be finished. Paint to cover the rust and caps on the tops. I wish the builders could get one phase done before moving on.

I Agree the web site says

"Do I have a patio?

Well...No. You have something better - a gated private courtyard! Ready for your planters, patio furniture and your BBQ."

When will the developers take care of the homeowners?

Also the Park in Phase 1 is in terrible condition. I hope they take care of that soon.

I think we have learned that everything on their website is false. We have seen that with several of things they "Offer".
