I really think we should be concerned about the parking issue, especially on the 500 West road to the south of the complex. Recently it has been really hard to see when you are trying to pull out and there are several cars blocking your view to the road. Several time people have been close to hitting each other because of the obstructions. I would hate to see a car accident or worse a child hit because of it. It also is not very attractive to the complex to have cars piled up on each side of the road. It gets to the point that two cars can not even pass each other. Not to mention there are always cars right in front of the fire hydrant. If there was ever a fire I would want the fire department to be able to reach my house, so people should be smart about where they park. In fact it is illegal to park in front of a fire hydrant. So maybe we should have some police reinforcement of that law. Or paint red on the curb so people know no to park there.
Just come ideas to be a little safer, and look a little better.
Well, the whole situation with parking is a joke! Since when did i invest all this money into this community for "guests"? Why are parking spots throughout the complex for guests? For all i know, guests are not more important than the residents. All big communities like this has first-come-first-serve parking. Why are we punishing people who are putting money in this investment? "Booting" should be taken out of OUR OWN PARKING!
I agree about the booting! People living here should never get booted. They should be told to move their car, if it is there to long so other can use it but having to pay $70 is a joke. Even if they boot it they should not make a person living in the complex pay for it.
