- We are running behind in our concrete schedule due to the weather. This has delayed the construction of the pet waste areas, but they will be done soon. If you are currently walking your dog or letting them do their business in the field to the south or north, please understand that both of these areas are private property, and therefore should be treated with respect. You should always pick up after your dog wherever he/she happens to go. We are still finding large amounts of dog droppings around our property and in the adjoining fields. Please pick up after your dogs!
- Thank you for responding to the request to keep the garbage bins inside your garage. The driveways are clean and neat and much safer. Thank you all for your cooperation!
- As you can probably guess, with all the negative media about the housing slump, sales of new town homes (and all other homes) are going a little slower than we would like. But given the strong economy of the valley and state, we are hoping that this year will bring a strong market for new home sales.
Thank you for your cooperation in making this a comfortable and safe community. Please address any comments, questions, or concerns to the HOA Management by contacting Sharon Andersen at (435) 755-7829 or sandersen@redeagledevelopment.com

I am a bit worried about our own landscape. I haven't seen my sprinklers on once. Also I have a great deal of weeds in the grass and also throughout the rocks. Is this my responsibility to fertilize the lawn and pull the weeds? Also the lawn needs to be mowed. Any idea when this will start?
Is there any chance we can spray for wasps before it gets out of hand like last year?
The landscaping is horrible. Everytime I pull in and see all of the weeks under the front Bridgerland Meadows sign, I feel embarassed to live here. With the amount of HOA feels that are coming in monthly, you would think they could at least keep the lawn mowed and weeds pulled.
No, it is just like the technology package. They hire the cheapest people they and make the home owners suffer. We can complain all we want they will never listen and nothing will ever change. I hate this place.
The best thing that could happen in this development would be for the so-called developers to turn the HOA over to the owners. It's obvious that the developers could care less about the problems at hand. They are more worried about making every dollar they can. Trust me, they will leave the HOA to the homeowners in complete disarray. Their excuse for not turning it over until the development is done is that they can "better manage" it. Better manages my A, they can't even keep the lawns mowed and weeds pulled, let alone solve the Conexus/Quadra nightmare that's been going on for nearly 2 YEARS!!!!
