Landscaping

The landscaping contractor, Mark, has finished replacing the shrubs and trees that died over the winter or had problems with watering. Approximately 15% of the water problems were caused by vandalism. Please contact the HOA management if you see someone tampering with the water lines.

I think the place is looking good.. After talking to Mark I think we should all thank him. He is doing a good job with such a small crew. I know that if you see something that need work just let him know and he will get to it.

I think the overall look of the area is good. I sure hate to see so many trees dying. There are a lot on the south side of 1465 that are dying. Are they just not getting the water, maybe because of all the cars that drive across the curb. The trees are valuable and will make this area look great when they grow so please be careful of the trees.

I think the place is looking better for the most part. I can't wait to see what will be put in the round-about. I am concerned about all the trees that I see dying, especially along the south side of 1465. Maybe the cars going over the curb are messing with the water supply. The trees are valuable and will be the thing that keeps this place looking good, so protect them.
