Window Coverings
It has been brought to our attention that some residents still have window coverings that are not approved by the developments CC&R's. These coverings include blankets, cardboard, newspaper, towels etc. The CC&R's require "horizontal leveler type blinds" (section 6 b vii). If you have unapproved coverings on your windows, please get them changed as soon as possible. It has come to our attention that it has been over a year since we have had decent cable service. How about you guys resolve that issue first and then worry about window coverings.

When people come here looking to buy a unit they look at all the other units and how they appear. Bad blinds make a nice house look like a dump and really cheap. Issues with the internet don't have a thing to do with the blinds and the appearance of our homes nor the building codes or the CC&R's code. the physical appearance has more to do with resale of our homes. keeping everything looking nice will increase the value of our homes more than anything. Also do you think you could do a better job with the internet for everybody in this community? There are many small technicalities that we don't know about. I know Sharon does a good job, and is doing what she can. Buyers of these units probably read these blogs and see the negative comments on here. That doesn't look too good for an inviting community! Or enticing for future buyers...
